If a user does a regular "find" it works but if they try to use the "Advanced Find" it doesn't work at all. Not sure if it's an outlook issue or scalix issue. The logs on the client computer are clear. I'm not sure where to look on the scalix server to see if there is a problem. I would think the "find" option uses the same method as "Advanced Find" so it makes no sense to me why it's not working.
