Outlook Rules are not present in SWA

Hi, I have a client who creates his rules in Outlook, but when logging into the SWA they are not present. The rules also seem not to actually do the job. They are all enabled however.

Are the rules marked as client-side or not? Client-side rules only run while Outlook is open. If it's server-side, I'd suggest you check the rule with sxaa.
