Silent upgrade

Is there a silent way to upgrade the Outlook connector. I have been using the mapi.cfg to push out the new connectors whenever I do a server upgrade, but I'm getting tired of having to tell users about 20 times not to decline the install. They still decline it anyway. I want to completely take them out of the equation.
Using Group Policy is not an option, as not all clients are on a domain.

That post did not address my question. I know how to setup the mapi.cfg to do an autoupgrade. What I'm trying to accomplish, is making this a silent upgrade so that the user can't decline it.

we use the /s option and it works great.
we have a product called patchlink to push out any patches to our software. I created a batch file pointing to the setup.exe for the connector. In the bat file I had one line "setup.exe /s".
So far we've patched 200 systems with no errors and no complaints. It even works while the user is using outlook.
