Hello,
One of our client uses the latest scalix with the latest connector (11.4.5)... He has informed me that he doesnt dare to move any more messages to his local pst file.
He said he was moving some messages by selecting between 10 and 50 messages and dragging them to the local pst.
For some reason Outlook crashes while moving the messages.
The two times this happened the customer has lost the e-mail that was moving at that moment.
Why does this happen, is this an error in pst or something that outlook.exe /cleanviews would fix ?
