Clicking a message in Outlook causes it to be resent by IMAP

Most users at our site use Scalix via the Outlook connector and have a Blackberry mobile device which receives the messages through a BIS server using the IMAP4 protocol. Up till last week this worked fine but suddenly users noticed when they click an older message in Outlook it is being resent to the Blackberry device as a new message.

What can I do to solve this issue?

I found the following error via omshowlog -l 9

Are they using Outlook 2007? We had an issue like this and turned out to be an outlook plugin, I would disable plugins one by one and keep testing...

Solved, the Nod32 Outlook plugin caused this problem. After I disabled it, the problem went away.
