Problem with RSS Feeds in Outlook

Hi,
Using Outllook 2007 with connector 11.4.5. Server is 11.4.4.
When I create an RSS Feed in Outlook, everything is fine for a day or so, then items start saying they were posted by me, and finally, when I try to view an item, nothing in the detail pane of Outlook is displayed. This occurs for at least 2 users at our site (probably the only 2 using RSS Feeds in Outlook). I assume some kind of syncing issue. Is this a known problem? Any resolution or is there going to be a resolution?
Cheers,
Glen

How did you create the RSS feed? Via Outlook or the Scalix interface? I have had no issues with the latter method. I can say that I am not experiencing this with Outlook 2007, Server 11.4.5 and MAPI 11.4.5.
Also, bear in mind that your combination is untested and unsupported (officially and otherwise).

Hi Valerion,
Thanks for the information. We upgraded our connector to 11.4.5 because of a bug in the meeting scheduler that was fixed with that release. It seems to be fine (the RSS Feed problem was occurring with connector 11.4.4). We will be upgrading the server in the very near future.
We create the RSS feed via Outlook. What do you mean by "Scalix interface"? Scalix Web Access? I tried creating an RSS feed via SWA - but couldn't see how to.

Have a look at man sxpfadd. Proxy folders are fairly new in Scalix.

Valerion,
sxpfadd is working well for me - thanks for the tip.
Unfortunately, the average user at our site doesn't have access to sxpfadd

Shall I submit my findings as a bug in Bugzilla or something?

If you have a fully-reproducible scenario from an empty mailbox, sure. But bear in mind that there is only so much that Scalix can do to change behaviour in Outlook.
A better suggestion would be to incorporate the sxpfadd functionality into the client somewhere, like the Rules Wizard.
