doubled emails in scalix

Hello

I got doubled email to the scalix email account, What cause the problem and how resolve it??

Does the audit logs show two deliveries? Do they have different mail ID's? If there's only one copy in the audit logs, there's an issue on the client side. if there's two copies in the audit logs with different ID's, there an issue on the remote sending side, or somewhere in between.
