Outlook Connector 11.4.5 not installing

Hi,

I am trying to install the Outlook Connector 11.4.5 on a Windows XP with Outlook 2007 installed.
When I start the .exe all that happens is that the setup programm takes 50% of the CPU and 2048k of Memory. I left it running all last night, but no Changes.
What can I do??

I get this behaviour when installing off a network share. Copying it to a local drive and installing from there works.
