Hello,
I just looked around and try to find out why our public calendar (contain about 60 users) needs quite a long time to display all entries. There are many threads about "slow calendar", but I found non adress this to the traffic volume. In view of the fact, that the branch offices and mobil users moan about that I noticed, that the client received about 80-90MB traffic from the server, which seems to me is a proud volume.
Is there any chance to reduce the amount of traffic? I even don't know how much traffic "add by" each user - is there any way to display the "size of the calendar"? Maybe a lot of old entries inflate the amount of data and can be flushed away.
I would be appreciative for any advice/help.
best regards
Markus
