Scalix Rules Processing Engine Causing Outlook Crashes

A few users/systems (including one system I use) are having issues with the "Scalix Rules Processing Engine" Outlook Add-in and Outlook 2003 SP3. I had originally thought this was caused by other outlook extensions/add-ins, but now that it is happening on my system...I have been able to disable all other extensions/add-ins, clear temp files, and I still see the behavior. This has been happening with 11.4.4 and I just upgraded to 11.4.5 and am still having the issue.
The only Add-ins enabled are:
Scalix ACL Extension
Scalix Delegates Extension
Scalix Offline Working Extensions
Scalix Menu Extensions
Scalix Out of Office
After Outlook crashes, the user is asked if they would like to disable the add-in and they usually click Yes. This often fixes the issue, but oddly sometimes...if they try to click the Help menu -> About Microsoft Office Outlook...Outlook crashes again.
Is anyone else seeing this behavior?
