We have a user sharing out her calender to multiple people, all parties using Outlook 2003 (not sure of the connector but I think they have 11.3).
Everything has been working fine, but a couple of days ago when users have tried accessing this person's calendar they are getting an error message (below). Also, when a user tries to move a calendar appointment from one time to another, it deletes the calendar entry instead of moving it. It's sounding like a server-side issue w/ this account since multiple people who access the shared calendar are affected. Does anyone have any ideas on what we can try that will resolve this issue?
Thanks - and below is the error they receive when trying to add a calendar entry to the shared calendar (all parties have Pubishing Editor permission).
"Unable to save Free/Busy information. Unable to open the Free/Busy information. General objects file access error: See supplementary error status No such file or directory".
The only thing we could find is to try running outlook.exe /cleanreminders from the PCs but that didn't help.
Thanks for any and all help
