sxlogger and sxcachemgr always start up with OL2007

Hello there,
we have a user with a problem. When he opens Outlook 2007 with 11.4.4 Connect for Scalix, always 2 windows opens with Outlook. Once the sxlogger and once the sxcachemgr. We have allready deleted and created a new profile, omscan'd the mailbox, uninstalled and reinstalled the connector, checked the registry for sxlogger but nothing was a success. Any ideas what we can try next ?
