OK, then it's really a weird problem because NonCached-Outlook actually does the deletion (or actually: move-to-wastebasket) on the server in real time.
No impact from the IMAP cache.
Should check:
- are these really the same messages? (compare message ID - maybe a resend)
- configure auditng and check audit log for re-delivery
- is the initial move to waste reflected in other clients (e.g. SWA) correctly at time of move
next step would then be go turn on UAL logging and check the result of the underlying interactions between client and server. Step-by-step for this kind of debugging is out of scope of what I can do here, so either you'll have to search forums and wiki on examples of this or, with a support entitlement, kick of a case with our technical support department.
Cheers,
Florian.
