We have a user that constantly have emails getting stuck in his outbox. They never leave. Now I have done some reading and this was a bug but was apparently fixed in the version we're using, or was it ? The other thing i came across was that there could be a time difference between the server and the PC (laptop in this case). We use NTP service that is syncs once a day , don't know if this should happen more often? The user can send the emails by forwarding them (from outbox) and deleting the original message (from the outbox). But this has created problems were his clients have contacted him and said that the email has reached them more than once. The messages is not showing up in the "outbox" in the Scalix Webmail client.

- Windows XP PRO SP3

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. As the client is getting really upset since none of the proposed solutions have been working.
