Outlook XP an Scalix Connector 9.4.2 Problem

Postby robertsiedl » Wed Feb 15, 2006 3:09 am

Hi List,

I have a windows xp (SP2) workstation with outlook xp and scalix connect 9.4.2. I have installed and connect with my mailbox.

But I don´t see the scalix rule wizard - I don´t have the button in the menu, only the outlook rule wizard - and I don´t have the offline option.

I look at the outook option, and see that the Add-In-Manager have a flag by
- Scalix ACL Extension
- Scalix Delegates Extension
- Scalix Menu Extensions
- Scalix Out of Office Extensions
- Scalix Offline Working Extensions

So I have outlook and scalix connector removed from my computer and installed again, but I have the same effect.

What can I do?

Robert

Can you verify your version number? This issue was fixed in 9.4.2.6. There is also supposed to be an Exchange extension. Do you have that?

Do you see anything relating to scalix in help/about microsoft outlook/disabled items?

Do you have a palm with active sync? Any other addins at all?

Thanks,
Don

Hi,

I have Scalix Connect 9.2.4.6 and a Scalix 9.4.0.8 Server. In the add-In Manager is also a "Exchange Erweiterungen" Option.

I have am sony ericsson smartphone with I connect.

Do you need logfiles?

Idea?

Robert

Hi Robert,

can you check in "Help-About-Disabled Items" if the rules wizard shows up there.

Cheers,

Sascha.
