Outlook in Offline Mode and other users Mailboxes

Hi People,
i'm just struggling with an new problem I've found.

We have some people here who do subscribe to other peoples mailboxes in Outlook via Scalix Properties. These other Accounts are used for common functions like "Sales Department" and so on. As long as Outlook is used in Online Mode everything is working fine. When Scalix is put to offline Mode while Outlook Startup via SmartCache Feature people can only access their own personal mailbox, other mailboxes like our Example Sales Dept. are not accessible. Outlook moans about "Informationsspeicher nicht verfügbar" which translates to Informationstore not present or accessible. Is there any way to circumvent this ? Any suggestions ? Is this working for anyone ?
