Calendar Problems

Boss shares his calendar with secretary.
He is getting continual popup errors of the type "Can't open Free/Busy Time".
His secretary can no longer view his calendar with the error of the type "Folder not availbale" or "Folder not found".
These are the only 2 PC's with these issues out of close to 100. We all run Outlook 2000 (upgrading in the next few months) and Scalix 11.4
Any ideas at all? I have asked both of them to send me actual error messages!!!
