Is there an update or a fix out yet for the categories problem wiht Outlook 2007. I can't change, delete, rename, or add to my categories anymore. It is incredibly frustrating. I can't even do a command line reset on them.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

Are there already any solutions for this?
We have the same problem with broken categories in Outlook 2007!
We have posted a bug to scalix, but still no answer from the scalix support team

Could you please try something out for me?

Please go to tasks and select "only show active tasks" and then select view/sort by category.
Does this work for you? When I do that I get to see ALL tasks, not just the active ones.. I think this is still broken.
Thanks!

You're right; it's broken. I don't use tasks, much less categorize them, so I didn't know.

Thanks for trying!
The boss of a company I installed scalix for uses lots of categories.. that's really unfortunate.. I told his secretaries to move completed tasks into something like a tasks archive..
Wouldn't hurt if Scalix would finally address this bug as it exists since several versions..

Do you have support points? I believe if you open a ticket and it's a Scalix Bug, they will refund your points, but the more commercial customers that do that, the higher priority it will be for them to fix.
