I have a user that used Outlook until a year ago when she went on to mat leave. She used Outlook XP until then. Now she is coming back and will probably not use Outlook anymore. Also the original profile for Outlook is gone (replaced by a new user). She can not receive new messages because of a forward rule that was created in Outlook and it cannot be deleted using SWA. Is there a way to delete the Outlook created rule without using Outlook?
