Contacts Appear Empty on Outlook

Hi,
some contacts I deleted appear empty on my contact system list. Besides that, the new ones I've created don't appear also, it seems like outlook is not synchronizing correctly with ldap. In SWA the contacts appear fine. Can anybody help?
I'm using Outlook 2003 SP3 PT
Scalix Connector 11.3.0.77
Server Version 11.3.0.11339
