Renable scalix-cache

I have a user who let his laptop end up with about 16MB free, this meant the scalix-cache disabled itself. He has now cleaned it up a bit and would like to renable it, how would we do that?

You should be able to just clear out the cache on the PC.

The user has done the cache reset and this did not turn it back on.

Well, I'm not able to get the program to turn it off (don't want to hammer my PC to death to try it), so the fastest solution is to create a new profile.
