Unable to book resource

While trying to send out a meeting request, I get the error message "The operation failed. An object could not be found. Unable to directly book a resource for this meeting". No invitations sent, no resource booked.

I added about six people (as "Required Attendee") and one meeting room (as "Resource (Room or Equipment)"). Everything normal, free/busy information loads, etc, but when I hit Send the message above pops up.

Looking in scalixmail.csv I find 12 lines of "Entry IDs did not match" at the point where I clicked Send, and hundreds more further up (I'm not aware of any errors then) - so this may not mean anything. omshowlog shows me nothing.

Scalix 11.4.3 enterprise, Outlook 2003 SP3 with 11.4.3 plugin.

I've never seen this message before, but I have had it reported from my users from time to time - it seems to work most of the time, then fail for a while (an hour, a couple of days), then start working again.


Any ideas?

Not sure enough, but check if the resource is a premium or standard
