Error when moving message to Personal Folder (PST)

A few users are experiencing the following error when moving certain emails to the PST Personal Folders:

Can't move the items
You don't have permission to perform that operation. See the folder owner to change your permissions.

Anyone else getting this? Any ideas?

we have exact the same problem.
some users can not export they own emails to a pst.
i have this problem since 11.4.2 and you?

Currently on 11.4.2 with the problem, not sure if it is present on 11.4.1.

I'm going to search around bugzilla, if I can't find anything...will log a bug.

As I mentioned in the bug, I resolved this on one computer by doing the following:

Leave Profile As-Is
Uninstall Scalix Connect
Repair MS Office
Reinstall Scalix Connect
Start Outlook and use profile

As I posted in Bugzilla...

Just did the same steps on a 2nd computer and it worked fine. FYI, users with Scalix Connect 11.4.1 & 11.4.2 have had this issue. I tried doing the MS Office repair without uninstalling & reinstalling Scalix Connect...that did not work. I did not try uninstalling/reinstalling without the MS Office repair. That may work too...

I had one user report the following about this issue:

It seems that if the personal folder (PST) was created before converting to Scalix, I had intermittent problems moving emails into those folders. However, if I create a new folder and move all the old emails into it plus any new emails, it then works. In this way I just deleted the old folder and then rename the new folder to the old one’s name.

I have had multiple computers (not reproducible on all) generate this error when the account has smartcache enabled in headers-only mode. If we have the same account do a "full sync" the problem is resolved. This is with freshly created PST files and Scalix Connect/Server 11.4.5.

I experienced the same, also on several computers, all using SmartCache. While initializing the cache (so yet in non-cached mode) it works properly. As Outlook is restarted with SmartCache in use then the problem arises using 11.4.6. Changing the cache setting to sync everything (so not only headers) made the problem disappear. So this seems to be a bug in the Outlook Connector.
