By klick on sent items outliik crashs

Hi,
first I am sorry, for my bad english.

By one of our users I have a problem.
When he klicks on sent items, outlook crash, others go normal.
The machine running Win XP SP3, Outlook 2003 SP3, Scalix Connect 11.4.2, without smartcache, Server 11.4.

In Eventviewer:
Application failure outlook.exe in modul ntdll.dll at offset 00011639.

oh sry i didn´t read exactly your error messages, i thought you have a corrupt messages, so you have delete it with the omdref output
next step
have you check with

have you got the problem only with outlook? or the same with swa?
maybe you should recreate the outlook profil?
did you use smartcache?

Any more info on this? I'm having a very similar issue. I have similar errors within the log files as well. It seems to only be affecting the user's calendar however, they can still send and receive mail fine. They do not get any meeting reminders and alerts from the calendar though. Shortly after outlook starts it pops up a "Oultook has failed" dialog balloon.

you must find the defect calender entry with omdref and then you can delete it with omcontain

So how can I fins the message that is blocking the account ?

Problem is only with outlook, and omscan says that there are missing children, and that at the end :
