Abnormal Termination ... SXLogger.dmp

I have multiple users getting the following error:

Abnormal terminatilon. Save dump file to \"C:\DOCUME~1\pamv\LOCALS~1\temp\SXLogger.dmp'

It seems to be random. Seems to only happen when closing Outlook 2000.

Any help his much appreciated!
