Hi,
Has anyone had any issues with returned "read receipts" in Outlook 2003, because a number of colleagues are unable to open or delete them from their inbox.

Yes, I have, but it was only when I had someone on Scalix requesting them from someone that wasn't. The fix was an update to the Scalix Connect software. It was strange because he could delete the messages in SWA, but not in Outlook.

Upgrading is a good option.

A work around is to either hold the shift key when hitting delete or moving the message to another folder and deleting it from there.

Don,
I tried holding the shift key when trying to delete them, but it wasn't working. I forget the error message now (haven't seen the error in quite a while) but I know the only way that we found to get rid of those receipts was to delete them in SWA. When we got the new version of Scalix Connect we didn't have the problems anymore. I believe the update was from the Connect that came with 9.2.1 to the one that came with 9.4.
