Outlook crash when running search

I just updated from 10 to 11.3 on RHES4
I've had complaints that searches in Outlook no longer give any results. Or that some searches even completely crash Outlook. Then this message gets logged.
ErrorID:1000
"Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8206.0, stamp 479fce0d, faulting module sxmapi32.dll, version 11.3.0.77, stamp 4776f414, debug? 0, fault address 0x001d5879."
Doesn anyone recognize this?
