Outlook crashes when changing appointments or contacts

EVERY time I save a contact in the public folder, where the email has been
updated, my Outlook crashes ("Not Responding").

Perhaps it would be better to post a new topic rather than resurrect a 2 year old thread. Lots has changed since then.

So, you're running 11.4.2 scalix server and 11.4.2 outlook connector.

The basics first.....most outlook/scalix crashes can be put down to incompatible plugins.

What version of outlook?

are all service packs installed?

What com add-ins are enabled in outlook?

Are you using caching or non caching mode?
