That is most likely not why Outlook crashes. Does a -f -x to omscan resolve this issue?

No, it does not.
I then removed all the calendar and contacts on this user... but it still crashes when using SmartCache. What error log do I need to look at to determine what item in the mailbox is causing the crashing?
