Unable to connect to server

Hello, I've recently installed the newest scalix server on a new Fedora Core 3 server. I'm surprised on how quickly it installed.

I'm able to log into the webmail side just fine. However, I'm unable to use the scalix connector and set up the account. It states the account or password is wrong. I'm using the user@domain.com with the same password I'm using with webmail. I originally thought it was a firewalling issue on the box, but I verified that iptables are shut down. When I installed the server, I turned off all firewalling for the install.

I looked around a bit for any logs on the server that might point me in the right direction, but I didn't see any.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I can try?

Oh, I should also mention that I'm using Outlook 2003.

NM, I got it figured out. The DNS alias scalix-default-mail is not resolving even though I do have it set up in my DNS. I went into advanced on the connection setup and used the IP address instead of the scalix-default-mail and all is good.

Now I just have to figure out why my DNS isn't providing the alias.
