Directory not the same in outlook and in webmail

Hello,

I've got a problem with my new adresses in outlook directory.

New adresses I created doesn't appear in directory when I try to send a mail via outlook (scalix connectort 11.4 and 11.4.5), I look in system directory, as usual. If I connect via webmail, I see all theses adresses.

How can I be sure that both directory use the same list of users ?

I believe the omexeccda command updates the outlook directory; not sure if it's still necessary or not. Also, I've noticed that sometimes I need to restart Outlook (maybe smartcache?) to get the new listings.
