Empty HTML Mails in Outlook

First some details:
Scalix Server 11.4.5.12163
Outlook 2007 / 2003 latest Patchlevel
iPhone 3GS latest Update

EDIT 15.01.2010: By now we have updated our Scalix Serves. We are now with version 11.4.6.12377 but still no difference.

One of our customers gets autmatically generated HTML Mails. They contain HTML Parts and plain Text parts, for Clients that do not show HTML.
In Outlook 2007 and 2003 these Mails appear completly empty! They are blank.
The same E-Mails are fully visible in Scalix Webmail, on different iPhone 3GS connected via wireless ActiveSync and a normal IMAP connection from Outlook 2007/2003.

So after finding out, that every possibility to view the Mails works, except Outlook via Scalix Connector, I think that this might be a bug.

First I thought that our Outlook settings are wrong, but that das not fit with the working IMAP connection.

Someone has an idea?

Hello!

We solved the problem.. It is no really a solution but it helped us.

The company who generates the automatic mails removed the attached .pdf file, which got send with every mail. Now we are able to read the mails. This is not a solution, just a hint. Perhabs the bug gets found sometime.
