I made a Rule in outlook:
When an incoming message arrives:
º sent to address77@ourdomain.com
Perform the following actions:
º move it to the address77 folder
º stop processing more rules
I wanted to add a nother address to be filed in the folder, so I clicked address77@ourdomain.com and added ;address55@ourdomain.com in the TO -> field and clicked ok.
so the rule now looks like:
When an incoming message arrives:
º sent to address77@ourdomain.com or address55@ourdomain.com
Perform the following actions:
º move it to the address77 folder
º stop processing more rules
Upon clicking 'Save Changes' an error is produced:
"Scalix Rules Wizard
Scalix Rules Wizard is unable to update the server rules at this time becasue of connection problems. You need to cancel your changes and try again at a later time."
Followed by an error saying:
Microsoft Internet Explorer
Scalix Rules Wizard was unable to save changes"
The only option left is to click cancel changes.
Is this a known issue?
Infact the Outlook application often crashes also if further rule actions/modifications are attempted.
It is no problem to use two rules to avoid this problem.
