I just upgraded to Scalix 11.0.2.1 from 10.0.5 over the weekend. Yesterday I upgraded one of my user's Scalix Connect for Outlook and created a new profile to enable SmartCache
If the user logs into Outlook (2003) using the SmartCache profile, all return receipts are shown in the "From" field in the email-listing window as if they are from "MAIL SYSTEM", but when you open the email, it has the correct name in the from field of the email.
If the user logs into Outlook using the profile that they had used previously (was used with Scalix Connect 10 and upgraded to 11) they show the From name properly in both the listing and the email itself.
Anyone have any ideas as to what's going on?
