I have the following
server/plugin version 11.4.0
outlook 2002
user created a parent folder with multiple sub folders for organizing his email. It's worked until a couple of days ago. In outlook the parent and one subfolder are showing but not the rest. Logging into the SWA shows all folders so we know the folders are still there. When starting outlook the smartcache log lists those folders as well for syncing.
Any help suggestions would be appreciated.
