can't see the Groups that i made in scalix .. only when i...

Little question i made e-mail groups in scalix then i wanne see them in my outlook contact list. that works if i enter a small keyword of the group, enter the check name icon and my group is there. but some people wanne see this in there contact list and that does not work.

if some body know this ....
