Cost of Outlook Connector

I have downloaded the Community Edition to install in my house and was wondering how one gets the Outlook Connector. Is it free under some conditions ? Can it only be purchased ? I could not find the answer on the website. I would appreciate any clues or links to the answers.

Scalix Connect for Outlook is available in the download media under the software/scalix_connect directory.

For Community Edition, you can have up to 25 Enterprise users that will be able to use the connector. If they are Community user (with limited functionality), they will not.
