Deligation failing for one user

Hi,

I'm running Scalix CE (latest version) on suse9.3 and so far everything has been running very well. One of our 'Enterprise' users however is unable to sucessfully add any deligates to the system :(

On the Client (Outlook 2000) the user adds the selected user to the deligation tab, then a warning box appears stating "Unspecified Error" affter you select either OK or Apply. In the deligated users mailbox, the deligstion email is received but when they try to access the data (say Calander) the user is prompted with the "Unable to display the folder. You do not have sufficient permission to open the Calandar folder"

Any ideas what could be wrong with the user? Deligation is working correctly for all the other "enterprise" users on the same version of outlook

Scalix Connect is version 9.4.0.46 and the server is reporting as 9.4.2.4

Forgot to add this in my first post. When I go back into the deligate tab, ( I can see the users that I have added) and change any permissions or add additional deligates I get the following message:

Scalix
"One or more changes could not be made on the server"

Are any of the users you've added as delegates Community Edition users?

Thanks for your help with this, originally, there are only 3 deligates (all enterprise users) that were setup to access each others calendar and contacts.

User 1 can see User 2 & 3's calendar/contacts

User 2 can see User 3 + now user 1's contacts <- this has changed from my previous post although I have done nothing to it

User 3 can see User 2 + now user 1's contacts <- this has changed from my previous post although I have done nothing to it

User 2 & 3's from the deligation tab have been set access to User 1 calendar

User 2 and 3 have been sent the deligation email stating that they have access to the Contacts, Tasks and Calendar, although I have included a copy of the

Note: none of these users have ever been community users (just incase that makes any difference)

Well, once again I deleted all the deligates from the deligated tab and re-added them in. I still have similar issues, howwever User 1's contacts can be seen now by user2 but not his calendar and user3 can see his calendar but not his contacts!! I've also added myself as a deligate but I too can only access user1 contacts
