An error occurred: full folder sync failed (M00005)

i was trying to access the Mobile Client on my Windows Mobile 5 Smartphone (Cingular 2125).

I enter the URL: https://mymailserver.mydomain.com/m/. When I enter my username and password, I get an error screen with the message:

An error occurred: full folder sync failed (M00005)

The mobile web access is not a activesync/syncml server, but rather a web interface tuned/trimmed for the small screens of mobile devices.

So you have to open it in a webbrowser on your device.

For mobile-sync, you have either to buy the NotifyLink product or wait for the 11.3 release with direct ActiveSync server support.
