login failure in mobile client

I just recentlly upgraded from to 11 GA from RC2 and the mobile web client login will not work. All the users can use SWA, but none can log into the mobile. It just says invalid username/password for all users. Has anybody had this problem or know of a way to fix it? Thanks

Have a look in /var/opt/scalix/<nn>/tomcat/logs/ for scalix-mobile.log and scalix-api.log. The most likely cause is PostgreSQL not working correctly.

In /var/opt/scalix/<nn>/mobile/mobile.properties change platform.url to http://your-machine.domain.com/api, then stop and start tomcat and see if the error goes away.

I am experiencing the same problem, but my scalix-mobile.log file is empty.

Was able to fix my problem. I had to remove and reinstall the Scalix db.

Try re-configuring Scalix-DB instead of re-install, this is done by scalix-installer, you should
not loose data doing this, also when asked to enter hostname, provide the Scalix Server
hostname instead of "localhost".
