An error occurred: full folder sync failed (M00005)

Postby pibarrola » Thu Dec 28, 2006 5:44 pm

I was trying to access the Mobile Client on my Windows Mobile 5 Smartphone (Cingular 2125).

I enter the URL: https://mymailserver.mydomain.com/m/. When I enter my username and password, I get an error screen with the message:

An error occurred: full folder sync failed (M00005)

I also tried accessing the mobile client via a web browser on my laptop and received the same error.

Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas on what might be the cause? Where should I started looking?

I moved all messages in my inbox to a new folder and was able to open the mobile web client successfully. I'm going to try an isolate the message and post it to bugzilla.
