Hello There,

We have some blackberry users on BES who tell me that when they delete messages on the mail box it doesn't delete from the handheld. However it does delete in the other direction. Is this a known feature or have we done something wrong with the set up? Appologies if already addressed I have not been able to find anything on it though.

Have you changed any defaults? From the release notes (under "Issues with Device Behavior"):

"Deletions of messages through Outlook or another Scalix client are not reflected on the device by default. The BES/BPS can be setup to "Reconcile Deletes" so that this happens. Even in this case, the reconciliation of deletes will be delayed and not happen in real time."
