Scalix iPhone Client

We have activesync enabled in our scalix environment but I'm at a loss how to configure it on the iPhone side. It works fine on our Windows Mobile PDAs.
Any advice?

Apple iPhone
Select Settings from the default screen
Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars
Select Add Account
Select Microsoft Exchange
Email: andyc@company.com
Username: andyc
Password: Wireless
Select "Next"
Server: webmail.company.com
Select "Next"
Synchronize settings
Mail: On
Contacts: On/Off
Calendar: On/Off

Unfortunately, these settings don't work.The iPhone doesn't give a great deal of explanation either.
