Hi, is it possible to configure an Public Folder that ist show the messages inside as read to all users when only one user opened it before.

My Problem is that i´ve got an public folder where are faxes are thrown to. In this case it would be very piratical to configure this as described above.

I don't think it is. The original intent is to allow users to check if there are messages they have not read yet. You could make it a mailbox instead of a Public Folder and use delegation to access it, as reading message there will reflect correctly.
