Mailing lists in Scalix

Hi,
I'm trying to setup some mailing lists in Scalix 11 (Community Edition) but I don't seem to find much information.
After reading Scalix Admin Guide I created a Group and added several users to that group, is this the way to create a mailing list? Can I configure the users that can post to that mailing list?
