Internet Mail Gateway not processing messages

Hello All...
I'm running Scalix 10.0.5 on SLES 9 and a problem developed a few days ago that I can't seem to solve.
My Internet Mail Gateway queue is filling up and messages are not being processed through the queue. I can log in to SAC and see all the messages in the queue...and I've even deleted some of them (spam). SAC reports that one of the messages is being "processed" but that has been the case since 4:40 this afternoon and it is now 9:40! So, 1 message has been "processing" for 5 hours now! How do pinpoint the faulty message and delete it? And...is that what is backing up the Internet Mail Gateway queue?
Can anyone help...PLEASE!!!
