I had a server issue yesterday and I had to reload my OS, Cent 5.2. My Scalix message store was intact and was not part of the OS reload. After the OS reload I reinstalled Scalix and moved my Scalix directory into the appropriate folder. Everything is working after some fixes, however I have 8 users out of 150+ who cannot receive outside email. Everyone else is working fine except for these 8. They can send outside email, but when you try and email them from the outside the message is immediately bounced back with "Action failed Status: 5.1.1 Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.7.1... User unknown." I myself am one of the 8 who cannot receive outside email. I have exported my mail using sxmboxexp, deleted my user, recreated and imported my mail back and still the same result, cannot receive outside email. Not sure why the problem is happening to a small percentage of my mail users.
