Hello,

I need to block/reject outgoing mails to an specific internet mail address. I read about RECIPIENT-SERVICE-LEVEL and MAIL RULES but I don't fully understand how to apply this to a not-local user, but an internet mail user. Please help.

recipient service level can only be set on local mailboxes, so that will not work.

Maybe best to set that at your MTA (sendmail/postfix or whatever you use).
