automatic reply using name sender

Dear forum members

Since some time, I need to create user on scalix.
this user receive all request from staff.
my question is
- how I can send an automatic reply using the name and Last name ?
- it is possible to insert automaticly request number that increase when receive new post?

Someone can help me if it is possible to do something like this.

it is an example like E-tickets that users send to support

Amin,

one way is to use the request server to fire off a script to reply to the sender, with the senders name etc in the body of the message. If these are standard requests (like adding users to pdls etc) you could also develop scripts to perform those tasks and just mail the admin staff the job is completed/failed etc.
