Hi all,
I have a user who is having some issues with emails being moved from the inbox to another folder upon receipt. The folder is one that he created, and there are no rules set up on the email client or on the server. We use Microsoft Outlook, I believe he is on Outlook 2000. I hope this is enough information to give a clear idea of what is happening.

Can anyone help me?

There may be some rules interfering, even if they don't show in Outlook. sxaa will tell you if there's anything. Does it move on delivery, or only when he opens his client? If the latter, there may be a hidden client-side rule.

Rules are the only thing I can think of off-hand that affects message delivery.

When I use sxaa to view the rules it doesn't show any rules.

This may be a stupid question but how would I know if they're moved on delivery or when he opens the client?
